The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product direction, managing delivery, and ensuring the product meets both user and business needs.ResponsibilitiesDefine product direction and strategy in alignment with business goals.Manage delivery, including planning, prioritization, and tracking of features and release lifecycles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate concepts, and ensure successful product outcomes.Incorporate user feedback and market research into product development and roadmap decisions.Communicate progress and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.QualificationsProven experience in product management, including defining product roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, and managing features and release lifecycles.Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical and strategic thinking skills to conduct market research, interpret data, and incorporate user feedback into product development.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, TFS, or similar platforms.Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and knowledge management or research management systems is considered an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on user needs and delivering impactful product solutions.About the CompanyNaseej is a leading technology company committed to digital transformation in learning and knowledge management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
