Product Manager – Smart City Platforms

Job OverviewWe are looking for a City OS Product Manager to define, develop, and manage the City Operating System (City OS) product, enabling integration, data exchange, and digital services across the smart city ecosystem. This role bridges business stakeholders, technology teams, and partners, ensuring the platform delivers business value, scalability, interoperability, and user adoption. Location: Doha, Qatar.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for City OS.Align product strategy with smart city initiatives and organizational objectives.Identify new capabilities, integrations, and service opportunities.Develop and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.Engage with government entities, operators, and technology partners.Monitor product performance, adoption, KPIs, and ROI, and drive continuous improvement.Required Experience & Skills8–12+ years in product management or digital platform roles.Experience in smart city, IoT, data platforms, or digital transformation.Strong product thinking, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.Experience with platform ecosystems and integration management.Excellent communication, facilitation, and strategic decision‑making skills.Preferred Tools & CertificationsTools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Miro/Figma (nice to have).Certifications: Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe), Product Management certifications.EducationBachelor’s in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.MBA or Product Management certification is a plus.Skills: product management, integration, management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
