Product Manager – SaaS Hosting & Deployment Platform

What you'll be doing:Own the roadmap for tenant lifecycle management (provisioning, deployment, upgrades, rollback, cloning).Define and improve partner tooling for implementations, migrations, and environment access.Productize hosting capabilities (environment tiers, SLAs, observability, performance options).Drive automation of deployment orchestration and release management.Partner with SRE and Engineering to improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.Define KPIs (deployment lead time, environment uptime, MTTR, hosting cost per tenant).Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to reduce onboarding effort and improve time‑to‑go‑live.Contribute to improvements of our tooling ecosystem (Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring).Ensure security compliance and auditability in partner and internal tooling.Qualifications:5 years Product Management in SaaS infrastructure, DevOps tooling, hosting or internal platforms.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines.Experience supporting implementation partners or enterprise customer onboarding.Ability to translate SRE and engineering needs into product strategy.Strong understanding of SaaS operations metrics (SLO, uptime, cost per tenant, deployment lead time).Nice to have:Experience in ERP‑integrated SaaS or e‑commerce platforms.Experience with partner ecosystems or implementation tooling.Additional Information:Who we are:So what does it mean to be a part of the Sana Commerce team.At Sana Commerce our values guide how we work, collaborate, and drive success.Champions of Our League.
