Product Manager – SaaS Hosting & Deployment Platform

What youll be doing: Own the roadmap for tenant lifecycle management (provisioning deployment upgrades rollback cloning). Define and improve partner tooling for implementations migrations and environment access. Productize hosting capabilities (environment tiers SLAs observability performance options). Drive automation of deployment orchestration and release management. Partner with SRE and Engineering to improve reliability scalability and cost efficiency. Define KPIs (deployment lead time environment uptime MTTR hosting cost per tenant). Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to reduce onboarding effort and improve time-to-go-live. Contribute to improvements of our tooling ecosystem (Azure Kubernetes CI/CD monitoring). Ensure security compliance and auditability in partner and internal tooling.Qualifications : What youll bring: 5 years Product Management in SaaS infrastructure DevOps tooling hosting or internal platforms. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) containerized deployments CI/CD pipelines. Experience supporting implementation partners or enterprise customer onboarding. Ability to translate SRE and engineering needs into product strategy. Strong understanding of SaaS operations metrics (SLO uptime cost per tenant deployment lead time).Nice to have: Experience in ERP-integrated SaaS or ecommerce platforms.
