Product Manager, Personal Lending - Strategy & Growth

This role is responsible for the end-to-end lending product lifecycle, including product strategy, risk and pricing design, customer journey optimization, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in consumer lending products, a strong understanding of credit risk, and excellent English communication skills to work effectively with engineering, risk, compliance, and senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle of the lending product, from ideation to launch and iterationDefine product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business and risk objectivesContinuously optimize product performance across conversion, and profitabilityWork closely with Risk and Data teams to design and enhance:Pricing and limit strategiesEligibility and downgrade / upgrade flowsMonitor portfolio performance and drive data-driven improvementsProduct Design & DeliveryLead requirements definition including PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant, and reliable solutionsPartner with Operations and Collections to ensure smooth post-disbursement and repayment journeysCompliance & Market AlignmentEnsure product design complies with UAE regulatory and compliance requirementsAlign product features with local market practices and customer expectationsStakeholder CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholdersPresent product updates, performance insights, and proposals clearly in EnglishSupport leadership decision-making with structured analysis and recommendationsQualifications5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer lending / credit productsExcellent English communication skills.
