Product Manager, Personal Lending - Strategy&Growth

<p>This role is responsible for the end-to-end lending product lifecycle, including product strategy, risk and pricing design, customer journey optimization, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in consumer lending products, a strong understanding of credit risk, and excellent English communication skills to work effectively with engineering, risk, compliance, and senior stakeholders.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of the lending product, from ideation to launch and iteration</li><li>Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business and risk objectives</li><li>Continuously optimize product performance across conversion, and profitability</li><li>Work closely with Risk and Data teams to design and enhance:</li><li>Pricing and limit strategies</li><li>Eligibility and downgrade / upgrade flows</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance and drive data-driven improvements</li></ul><p><strong><u>Product Design&Delivery</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead requirements definition including PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant, and reliable solutions</li><li>Partner with Operations and Collections to ensure smooth post-disbursement and repayment journeys</li></ul><p><strong><u>Compliance&Market Alignment</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure product design complies with UAE regulatory and compliance requirements</li><li>Align product features with local market practices and customer expectations</li></ul><p><strong><u>Stakeholder Communication</u></strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Present product updates, performance insights, and proposals clearly in English</li><li>Support leadership decision-making with structured analysis and recommendations</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong>as a Product Manager in<strong>consumer lending / credit products</strong></li><li>Excellent English communication skills.<strong>Chinese speaking nationals are highly preferred.</strong></li><li>Proven ability to work with<strong>risk, engineering, and data teams</strong></li><li>Experience writing clear PRDs and driving delivery in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
