DescriptionRole : Product Manager Personal FinanceLocation : Abu DhabiRole Purpose: Product management and developmentKey Accountabilities of the roleProduct Management / Development:Achieving product and business development objectives by helping the Product Head in setting the channel objectives and effective channel performance tracking and ensuring right processes/ systems in place.Assist Product Head in launching new product variants campaigns and sales boosters.StrategyTo assist in developing the product strategy by doing the effective competition scan.To ensure execution of the business projects in line with Product Strategy.Execution of PF strategy in liaison with internal stakeholders.Closely interact with IT and Digital factory for the development of required product features and relevant UATs.Targets and BudgetsManage product performance against the set targetsPolicies Systems Processes & ProceduresTimely update of SOP and Policy manuals.Improve credit policies in line with market scan through Test programs.Ensure achieving the set KPIs of application processing i.e. STP rate and RTS rate.Regular trainings to frontline.Process digitization to improve customer and user experience.Ensure compliance to CB and CPR regulatory guidelines.Governance and ControlsManaging regulatory reporting internal or external audits on the product and timely closure of audit comments.Ensure timely update / testing of RCSA and tracking of GRC pending items.Perform exceptions management.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this roleUnderstanding of market dynamics including demographic factors competitor products and servicesUnderstanding of digital channels and digital product offerings on Personal FinanceIn depth understanding of credit policies / application processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem solving skillsTime Management skillsRequired ExperienceIC#J-18808-Ljbffr
