S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, maintaining vendor relations, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the Solution Teams.DateApr 1, 2026LocationDubai, AECompanyMindware FZ-LLCReq ID2765Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesTechnical and OperationsDefine the product strategy and roadmap on the assigned product lineManage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activitiesWork closely with the Sales Managers, in every territory, to map and develop the right channel for the productSpecify market requirements for current and future product(s) by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to potential and existing customersLead the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s strategyIdentify potential partners for the product(s)Provide and manage complex quotationsEnsure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management systemOversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activitiesDevelop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectivesEnsure the highest level of support and engagement with partners and respond in a timely manner with appropriate resources in order to meet customers’ needsHelp build a solid customer database and increase the number of customersMaintain and increase sales for the entire product line to generate long term revenue and profitabilityPromote the product(s) and the company within the regionPosition RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or any other related field.ExperienceStrong experience with enterprise Linux distributions such as SUSE, Red Hat, or equivalent, along with hands‑on exposure to Kubernetes environments and multi‑cloud environments management.7–10 years of professional experience in the UAE, with solid regional exposure across the Gulf.Mandatory background in the IT/distribution industry, with proven knowledge of channel models, partners, and regional ecosystems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
