Product Manager

Job Description As a Product Manager for the Liquidity Trading ATS platform, including crypto trading workflows, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - **Product Strategy & Roadmap:** - Define product roadmap for trading workflows including onboarding, funding, market data, order entry, execution, positions, reporting, and admin tools. - Translate business goals into epics/user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes. - Maintain a prioritized backlog and ensure alignment across engineering and stakeholders. - **Requirements & Execution:** - Own requirements for real-time trading UX and system behavior. - Define end-to-end flows covering customer-facing and internal operational tooling. - Partner with engineering on API/data contracts and feature flags; drive release readiness and go-live plans. - **Compliance, Risk & Controls:** - Work closely with Compliance/Security to ensure product features meet regulatory and audit requirements. - Ensure surveillance/risk hooks are considered in product requirements. - **Customer & Market Understanding:** - Conduct competitor/market research across brokerages, exchanges, and trading venues. - Gather feedback from internal users, pilots, and customers. - **Quality & Outcomes:** - Define product KPIs and drive UAT. - Coordinate testing and ensure issues are triaged and resolved with urgency. **Required Qualifications:** - 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech/trading platforms. - Demonstrated experience shipping complex products involving real-time data and transaction flows. - Strong ability to write clear PRDs/user stories, acceptance criteria, and to lead cross-functional execution. - Strong analytical skills and comfortable with metrics and data-driven decisions. **Strongly Preferred:** - Product experience at/with firms like TD Ameritrade, Robinhood, Coinbase, or similar trading platforms. - Familiarity with Broker-dealer (BD) and Transfer Agent (TA) operational concepts. - Experience defining admin/ops tooling for regulated environments.
