With our extensive industry expertise, we help achieve operational excellence, future-proof your IT investments, and ensure a competitive edge in the ever-evolving finance industry</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Creating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed-cost or progressive projects.</li><li>Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.</li><li>Reviewing sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders.</li><li>Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.</li><li>Collaborating with business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.</li><li>Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables.</li><li>Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members.</li><li>Communicating with other TPMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure projects.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience including at least 3 years as TPM.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, google cloud or AWS.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li><li>Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Problem solving and leadership skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
