With over 30 years of industry presence this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency innovation and client success offering a broad range of CFD products including forex commodities indices and more.LocationLocation: Hybrid - Dubai UAEResponsibilitiesProduct LeadershipDrive end-to-end product initiatives from discovery and development to delivery and post-launch performance monitoring.Collaborate closely with product designers developers and stakeholders to identify user pain points and deliver meaningful data-informed solutions.Define product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.Data-Informed Decision MakingUse data to uncover friction points in the customer journey and identify opportunities for product improvements.Build and maintain a product roadmap based on measurable outcomes and clear success metrics.Benchmark product performance against competitors and industry standards to support strategic decisions.Strategic CollaborationPartner cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance Marketing Operations Data and Technology to deliver consistent and aligned product experiences.Balance user advocacy business impact and technical feasibility when prioritizing features.Translate complex ideas into clear documentation using user flows wireframes and functional requirements.Thought LeadershipChampion scalable solutions that anticipate future user needs and influence internal stakeholders to prioritize long-term value.Stay informed about trends in product management fintech innovation and emerging competitor strategies.Identify growth opportunities across functions and translate them into actionable product initiatives.Requirements7 years of product management experience ideally in fast-paced tech-driven environments.Proven experience working within agile/Sprint-based development frameworks in close collaboration with technology teams.Hands-on involvement in developing and launching web (desktop/mobile) or mobile applications for B2C audiences.Background in fintech payments trading or broader financial services is strongly preferred.Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics Microsoft Clarity or similar tools for data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely VWO or Google Optimize to support experimentation and optimization.Proficiency with common product and workflow tools such as JIRA Aha! Lucidchart Visio Trello etc.Experience building products from the ground up and scaling established products.Competence in Excel for data analysis; SQL skills are a plus.Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced high-growth setting.Nice to haveEducational background in a STEM field (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics).Familiarity with wireframing and collaboration tools such as Figma Axure or Miro.Understanding of modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React) and React Native for app development.Knowledge of product success metrics including NPS conversion rates churn and user engagement.Whats in it for youOur client offers an exciting challenging role in a collaborative dynamic environment.
