Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our Product team and drive the development of our FX and trading platforms.This role is suited to a Product Manager who is hands-on, delivery-focused, and technically capable. You will work closely with engineering teams to translate business and trading requirements into clear, implementable product specifications.This is not a roadmap-only or ceremony-focused Product role. Candidates must be comfortable working at system level, defining backend logic, calculations, rules, and edge cases, and supporting engineers through delivery.FX / trading experience is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimisationTranslate FX and trading requirements into clear product specifications, logic, and rulesDefine backend behaviour, calculations, edge cases, and acceptance criteriaWork closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically sound and implementableValidate technical assumptions, estimates, and implementation approachesCollaborate with Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Data teamsTrack product performance using KPIs and data-driven insightsContinuously improve product functionality, stability, and client experienceRequired Skills & Experience7+ years of Product Management experience, with strong technical exposureMandatory experience in FX, trading, brokerage, or trading platformsProven experience working closely with backend and frontend engineering teamsAbility to define system logic, workflows, calculations, and edge casesExperience delivering complex, data-driven web or mobile productsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced, delivery-focused environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyTechnical & Domain ExpectationsUnderstanding of how trading platforms operate (orders, pricing, execution, balances, fees, etc.)Ability to break down complex business requirements into technical product specificationsExperience supporting engineers during build, testing, and release phasesConfidence discussing system behaviour, dependencies, and trade-offsYou are not required to code, but must be able to reason through technical problems and product logic independently.Nice to HaveExperience with regulated financial productsExposure to analytics, tracking, or experimentation frameworksExperience launching new platforms or scaling existing onesFamiliarity with web or mobile product architecturesWhat Success Looks LikeClear, implementable product requirements trusted by engineering teamsOn-time delivery of complex product initiativesStable, scalable FX and trading functionalityMeasurable improvements in platform performance and user outcomesWhy Join Hantec Markets?We’re a global broker with innovation at our core.
