<div><h3>Opening with a leading FMCG Group of company for their office at Dubai</h3><h3>Role: Product manager - Haircare</h3><p>Looking for someone already at UAE/ Middle east location</p><p>immediate to 30 days candidates</p><h3>Roles&Responsibilities</h3><h3>Target Achievement</h3><ul><li>To ensure achievement of top line and bottom line targets through providing marketing planning, support and execution.</li></ul><h3>Agency Management</h3><ul><li>To ensuring optimal utilization of resources of Market research agencies, Advertising agencies, Media Agencies.</li></ul><h3>Market Research</h3><ul><li>To identify research needs, evaluate Market Research proposals and to implement and control necessary actions emanating out of research.</li></ul><h3>Marketing Analysis</h3><ul><li>To do both primary and secondary sales analysis.</li><li>To do Competition / consumer, Media and Profitability tracking.</li></ul><h3>Development of Marketing and Brand Strategy</h3><ul><li>To formulate long term and short-term strategy objectives and prepare incremental plans for marketing and brand building and to execute those plans.</li></ul><h3>Development of marketing mix elements</h3><ul><li>To ensure development and implementation of marketing mix elements in line with Business/ Marketing Plans.
