Our teams across Saudi Arabia and the wider region blend deep cultural understanding with forward-thinking innovation, shaping a new standard for travel.About the Role:The Product Manager is responsible for gathering and challenging business requirements and translating them into solutions with the guidance of our Head of Salesforce Product. The Product Manager has experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and acts as a knowledgeable liaison between business stakeholders and developers.The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, implementation teams, integration/development teams, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous enhancement of the Salesforce ecosystem.Responsibilities:Act as a consultant to the business with advanced knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce CommunityTranslate business requirements into user stories and well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platforms and productsProvide detailed level-of-effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutionsCollaborate with and manage Salesforce Developers to define appropriate technical strategies and designsStay up to date with new Salesforce products, releases, and technical capabilitiesWork closely with cross-product teams to understand the impact of broader initiatives on SalesforceLead daily stand-ups and manage backlog grooming processesCoordinate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project and enhancement deliveryProfile Requirements:B.S. Degree in Computing or a related field with at least 5 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Product Management and 2 years as a Salesforce Developer and/or Software EngineerSalesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is desirable)Domain experience in IT / CRM with strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud environmentsHands‑on experience with declarative functionality, Flow, Triggers, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, migration tools, and SOQLExperience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence, including large call center implementationsTravel and tourism industry experience is desirableProficiency in Arabic and English with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environmentAt Almosafer, our teams work with purpose, clarity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
