Achieve synergy across Alfanar units for strategic market development. Analyze market trends, disruptions, and competition, providing strategic direction through continuous analysis. Foster innovation, explore new markets, and establish competitive advantages, differentiating Alfanar products for elevated market positions.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Market Exploration and Relationships:</p><ul><li>Understand and capture customer needs, defining new offer scope and specifications aligned with market needs and company strategy.</li><li>Participate in customer seminars, meetings, workshops, and events to promote offers.</li><li>Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.</li><li>Establish and grow relationships with strategic partners.</li></ul><p>Market Research and Analysis:</p><ul><li>Participate in market research, validation, and analysis to identify new market opportunities for new and existing product lines.</li><li>Regularly conduct competitive analysis of technical&commercial offers and identify needs for offer enhancement to maintain competitiveness and monitor market price trends.</li><li>Identify market trends, disruptions, and opportunities, driving initiatives to capitalize on them.</li></ul><p>Product Lifecycle Management:</p><ul><li>Price positioning across all Go-To-Markets and geographies to capture offer value and ensure competitiveness.</li><li>Work closely with teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.</li><li>Lead product optimization and standardization with R&D and design teams for process performance improvement and increased productivity.</li></ul><p>Product Launch and Operations:</p><ul><li>Drive product launches, working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.</li><li>Participate in the proposal response process, offer forecast, and plan accuracy, ensuring the right inventory and competitive lead times.</li><li>Focus on excess&obsolete (E&O) trends and provide strategic actions to maintain the best inventory level.</li><li>Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><p>HR Proficiency:</p><ul><li>Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.</li><li>Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.</li><li>Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.</li><li>Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.</li><li>Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.</li></ul><p>Responsibility:</p><ul><li>Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.</li><li>Able to anticipate problems and make the necessary proactive steps to prevent them</li><li>Ability to take necessary and proper timely decisions.</li></ul><p>Delivery:</p><ul><li>Deliver the required results in timely manner with required quality and cost.</li><li>Making a Tangible Difference:</li><li>Must make a tangible difference to his area of operation and exceed business expectations.</li></ul><p>Business Pl
