The Product Lead, Global will own the strategic direction, governance, and delivery excellence of Pay10’s product portfolio across all markets. This role sits at the heart of Pay10’s global operating model and is responsible for ensuring that products are scalable, compliant, commercially viable, and consistently executed across jurisdictions.Acting as the bridge between local market needs and global product standards, the Product Lead will define product frameworks, drive prioritisation, and embed best-in-class product practices across the organisation.Global product strategy and multi-year roadmapProduct governance and operating framework (CoE standards)Market-ready product launches across multiple jurisdictionsClear product KPIs linked to revenue, adoption, stability, and complianceHigh-quality product documentation for regulators, partners, and internal teamsRequired Experience & Skills10+ years’ experience in product management, with senior leadership exposureStrong background in fintech, payments, or regulated financial servicesProven experience scaling products across multiple countries or regionsDeep understanding of payments ecosystems (acquiring, issuing, schemes, wallets, PSPs)Excellent stakeholder management at executive and board levelExperience operating within a Centre of Excellence or global hub modelExposure to regulator-led environments (EMI, PSP, bank-adjacent models)Strong commercial acumen and P&L awarenessExperience working with distributed technology and product teamsLeadership AttributesStrategic thinker with strong execution disciplineComfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-growth environmentsCalm, structured, and credible with regulators and senior stakeholdersData-driven, outcome-focused, and customer-obsessedNaturally collaborative with high personal accountability#J-18808-Ljbffr
