Product Lead (Path to Head of Product) – FinTech

We are supporting a high-growth FinTech startup building next-generation financial infrastructure in the region.This is a unique opportunity to join as a Product Lead with a clear path to Head of Product, working directly with the founders to build and scale the product from 0 → 1.The role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to take full ownership of product strategy and execution.What You’ll DoOwn and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaleWork closely with founders to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategyBuild and scale lending / credit-focused products within a FinTech ecosystemCollaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutionsDesign and optimize user journeys, onboarding flows, and credit decisioning experiencesIntegrate with local ecosystem partners (KYC providers, open banking platforms, payment systems)Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisionsOperate in a 0 → 1 environment, balancing speed with product qualityWhat We’re Looking For6–10 years of experience in Product Management, with strong exposure to FinTechHands-on experience in lending, credit, or financial productsStrong understanding of UAE / GCC market nuances, including open banking, KYC, and local integrationsProven ability to build and scale products in a startup or high-growth environmentStrong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teamsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsWhy This Role?Clear path to Head of ProductOpportunity to build a product from 0 → 1 in a high-growth FinTech startupWork directly with founders and influence key business decisionsHigh equity upside with compensation revisited post funding#J-18808-Ljbffr
