Product Lead (Path to Head of Product) – FinTech

<div><p>We are supporting a<b>high-growth FinTech startup</b>building next-generation financial infrastructure in the region.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to join as a<b>Product Lead with a clear path to Head of Product</b>, working directly with the founders to build and scale the product from<b>0 → 1</b>.</p><p>The role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to take<b>full ownership of product strategy and execution</b>.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Own and drive the<b>end-to-end product lifecycle</b>from ideation to launch and scale</li><li>Work closely with founders to define<b>product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy</b></li><li>Build and scale<b>lending / credit-focused products</b>within a FinTech ecosystem</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions</li><li>Design and optimize<b>user journeys, onboarding flows, and credit decisioning experiences</b></li><li>Integrate with<b>local ecosystem partners</b>(KYC providers, open banking platforms, payment systems)</li><li>Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions</li><li>Operate in a<b>0 → 1 environment</b>, balancing speed with product quality</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>6–10 years of experience in<b>Product Management</b>, with strong exposure to<b>FinTech</b></li><li>Hands-on experience in<b>lending, credit, or financial products</b></li><li>Strong understanding of<b>UAE / GCC market nuances</b>, including<b>open banking, KYC, and local integrations</b></li><li>Proven ability to<b>build and scale products in a startup or high-growth environment</b></li><li>Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams</li><li>High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in<b>fast-paced, ambiguous environments</b></li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li></ul><h3>Why This Role?</h3><ul><li>Clear path to<b>Head of Product</b></li><li>Opportunity to build a product from<b>0 → 1 in a high-growth FinTech startup</b></li><li>Work directly with founders and influence key business decisions</li><li><b>High equity upside</b>with compensation revisited post funding</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
