Job Description As a Product Engineer for Non-Standard-Requests (NSRs) in the Aether group at Lam Research, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Account Teams, and Cross-functional teams globally to oversee support for Productivity and Technology Upgrades for our customers through Non-Standard requests. Your role as an NSR PE will involve managing NSR workflows, acting as a liaison between external and internal customers, and enhancing process efficiencies by executing/rejecting requests and highlighting NSRs for option conversion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Account Teams, and Cross-functional teams to manage support for Productivity and Technology Upgrades through Non-Standard requests - Manage NSR workflows and serve as a liaison between external and internal customers - Enhance process efficiencies by executing/rejecting requests and highlighting NSRs for option conversion **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical/Industrial/Production Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or) Masters degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience - Exposure to product structuring and configuration management - Experience with Hardware Configuration/Product Management - Experience with MRP system planning, ordering, and scheduling materials, preferably using SAP - Knowledge of Bill of Material structures and Engineering Change process - Excellent Presentation and communication skills - Ability to successfully interact with and coordinate across diverse parts of the organization, technical and non-technical In addition, you will be preferred for the role if you have experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have exposure to PDM/PLM systems.
