The role focuses on working closely with factories—such as gypsum, coatings, and building material manufacturers—to co‑develop market‑ready products from concept and prototyping through testing and technical documentation, under the manufacturer’s brand.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field3–6 years of experience in product development, materials development, or manufacturing‑related rolesHands‑on experience working with factories or production environmentsStrong understanding of material‑based products and development cyclesExperience coordinating testing, validation, and technical documentationRoles And ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with local manufacturers to develop new material‑based products for the Saudi marketLead product development activities with factories, including formulation, prototyping, and refinementTranslate technical performance requirements into manufacturable product specificationsCoordinate laboratory testing and validation with approved testing facilitiesManage product development timelines from concept to final approvalPrepare technical documentation, data sheets, and product specificationsSupport product readiness for use in projects and market applicationsAct as the technical interface between manufacturers, laboratories, and internal teamsSkillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple development streamsClear technical communication and documentation skillsField‑oriented mindset with willingness to visit factories and laboratoriesStructured, process‑driven approach to product development#J-18808-Ljbffr
