Director - Development (ROW Coordination)

Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the way in Saudi Arabia's entertainment and tourism sector, and we are seeking an innovative Director - Development (ROW Coordination) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on the coordination of Right of Way (ROW) aspects for our ambitious development projects, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.As the Director of Development for ROW Coordination will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of the Master planning, Design and Construction of all ROWs and associated infrastructure assets within adjacent Districts. They will maintain accountability for governance and compliance of development, including by 3rd parties. They will be responsible for preparing the Stage Gate Reviews compliance and alignment with other District needs.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the stakeholder engagement and management, at a strategic levelConduct site visits, assess compliance with the target operating model and advise leadership on anomalies and / or stage gate requirementsEngage with key stakeholders, government entities, operators and other Qiddiya districts teams.Coordination of Districts Project Control Groups; custodian of the reports arising from PCG meetingsCustodian of Utility Demand coordination and change control processResponsible for attaining NOCs for District assets from other Districts. Likewise, point of contact and cooridnator for issuance of NOCs to othersMentor, coach, motivate and challenge team players providing opportunities for growth and development including Saudi Graduates.Train and mentor project team members on ROW processes and guidelines.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in major infrastructure or a similar field.Demonstrated expertise in coordination of rights-of-way for large-scale projects.Strong understanding of local regulations, legal processes, and compliance requirements regarding ROW.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.Proficiency in project management and GIS software applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
