You’ll work across multiple product areas viz client-facing apps, adviser tools, and internal platforms designing end-to-end experiences that make wealth management simpler and more intuitive for users around the world.</p><p>This is a mid-level role for someone who can hit the ground running. You think in systems and flows, you’re comfortable owning your projects, and you’re excited about using AI to transform both how you work and what you build. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders across the business.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own design for your projects from discovery through delivery, with some oversight from your senior designer.</li><li>Design coherent end-to-end flows and systems that integrate with the broader product — not just isolated screens.</li><li>Go deep into understanding user pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities across their financial journeys.</li><li>Sketch and prototype ideas rapidly to assess viability with the team, users, and stakeholders.</li><li>Design the micro-details, components, interactions,and transitions that engineers can confidently build from.</li><li>Partner with PMs to contribute to roadmaps and with engineers to iterate and ship.</li><li>Embrace AI as a core part of your workflow, use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production.</li><li>Design AI-powered product features including intelligent interfaces, conversational UIs, and data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Contribute to the evolution of our design system and stay current on industry trends and emerging patterns.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong foundation in interaction design, user flows, and systems thinking.</li><li>A portfolio showing real problem-solving through well-crafted, end-to-end product design not just visual polish.</li><li>Solid experience designing digital products and design systems. You’ve shipped products that people actually use.</li><li>Proficient in Figma. You deliver polished, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.</li><li>You actively use AI tools in your design workflow and can adapt to an AI-assisted way of working.</li><li>Comfortable designing AI-driven experiences, intelligent features, conversational interfaces, adaptive content.</li><li>Strong design rationale. You use layout, hierarchy, typography, and motion purposefully.</li><li>You work autonomously, take initiative, and know when to ask for help.</li><li>Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions to designers, engineers, PMs, and non-design stakeholders.</li><li>Interest in fintech or wealth management is a plus, but strong design skills and curiosity matter more.</li><li>A growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a desire to make things better.</li><li>Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
