Headquartered in Sweden, Alfa Laval operates in more than 100 countries with the Middle East office serving key markets such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC countries.Job DescriptionWork with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales teamLead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually) meetings and interactions to customers focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and servicesBe product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees channels and customers.Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way to support the sales process and take decisionsResponsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibilityKnowledgeTechnical knowledge.Product knowledge and deep understanding of the customer process and applications.Competent in various separation processes and products.Express (written & verbal) in an appealing way: personal (authentic) concise relevant.Use active listening.Have a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence Digital customer support interactionProactive Service minded strong in customer care and take quick actionsAbility to train and coach others on P&A certificationsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
