Senior Vice President, Procurement – Capital Projects PortfolioLocationKingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh with frequent travel to project sites)Position SummaryThe Senior Vice President, Procurement is an executive leadership role accountable for shaping, governing, and driving procurement performance across our client capital project portfolio. As a senior member of the Project Delivery Leadership Team, this role ensures that procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and commercial outcomes enable safe, predictable, and capital‑efficient execution of multiple mega‑projects. The role provides portfolio‑wide direction across category management, contracting, logistics, expediting, supplier development, and long‑lead item delivery, while ensuring alignment with governance framework, sustainability commitments, and national content strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive leadership for procurement across our client capital project portfolio, including multiple concurrent mega‑projectsDefine and implement portfolio‑wide procurement strategies aligned with project delivery, cost, schedule, and risk objectivesAct as the single point of accountability for procurement performance, outcomes, and risk mitigation across the portfolioOversee category management, sourcing strategies, contracting models, logistics, expediting, and supplier performance managementEnsure timely procurement and delivery of long‑lead items critical to project executionEstablish and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support reliability, quality, and cost efficiencyLead supplier development initiatives in alignment with National Content and localization objectivesEnsure compliance with our client governance, ethical standards, sustainability commitments, and commercial best practicesCollaborate closely with Project Delivery, Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal, and HSE leadership teamsProvide executive‑level reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committeesQualifications And ExperienceExecutive‑level experience leading procurement and supply chain functions for large capital projects or mega‑project portfoliosProven track record in strategic sourcing, contracting, and commercial governance within EPC/EPCM environmentsDeep understanding of procurement risk management, long‑lead item strategies, and supply market dynamicsExperience working in international, complex project environments; Middle East / KSA experience strongly preferredStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capabilities at board and executive levelsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferredWhy join us?Work with great people to make a differenceCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutionsTop employerWhat we offer you?Flexible work environmentLong term career developmentThink globally, work locally#J-18808-Ljbffr
