<div><h3>Senior Vice President, Procurement – Capital Projects Portfolio</h3><h3>Location</h3><p>Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh with frequent travel to project sites)</p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>The Senior Vice President, Procurement is an executive leadership role accountable for shaping, governing, and driving procurement performance across our client capital project portfolio. As a senior member of the Project Delivery Leadership Team, this role ensures that procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and commercial outcomes enable safe, predictable, and capital‑efficient execution of multiple mega‑projects. The role provides portfolio‑wide direction across category management, contracting, logistics, expediting, supplier development, and long‑lead item delivery, while ensuring alignment with governance framework, sustainability commitments, and national content strategy.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide executive leadership for procurement across our client capital project portfolio, including multiple concurrent mega‑projects</li><li>Define and implement portfolio‑wide procurement strategies aligned with project delivery, cost, schedule, and risk objectives</li><li>Act as the single point of accountability for procurement performance, outcomes, and risk mitigation across the portfolio</li><li>Oversee category management, sourcing strategies, contracting models, logistics, expediting, and supplier performance management</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of long‑lead items critical to project execution</li><li>Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support reliability, quality, and cost efficiency</li><li>Lead supplier development initiatives in alignment with National Content and localization objectives</li><li>Ensure compliance with our client governance, ethical standards, sustainability commitments, and commercial best practices</li><li>Collaborate closely with Project Delivery, Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal, and HSE leadership teams</li><li>Provide executive‑level reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees</li></ul><h3>Qualifications And Experience</h3><ul><li>Executive‑level experience leading procurement and supply chain functions for large capital projects or mega‑project portfolios</li><li>Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contracting, and commercial governance within EPC/EPCM environments</li><li>Deep understanding of procurement risk management, long‑lead item strategies, and supply market dynamics</li><li>Experience working in international, complex project environments; Middle East / KSA experience strongly preferred</li><li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capabilities at board and executive levels</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred</li></ul><h3>Why join us?</h3><ul><li>Work with great people to make a difference</li><li>Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions</li><li>Top employer</li></ul><h3>What we offer you?</h3><ul><li>Flexible work environment</li><li>Long term career development</li><li>Think globally, work locally</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
