Join a team committed to shaping the future of transmission and energy systems in the region.</p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with strong estimation exposure to support our MEP and technical services projects in Riyadh.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end procurement for MEP and electromechanical projects such as (RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders)</li><li>Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and prepare commercial comparisons</li><li>Support estimation team with accurate BOQ pricing and cost analysis</li><li>Negotiate contracts and ensure cost optimization</li><li>Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely material delivery</li><li>Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with project specifications</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field</li><li>3+ years of procurement experience in construction / MEP projects</li><li>Proven exposure to estimation and cost evaluation</li><li>Strong negotiation and supplier management skills</li><li>Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
