Procurement Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, and purchasing processes.The ideal candidate must be fluent in Chinese to effectively communicate with international suppliers, particularly from China.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, identify, and evaluate suppliers, primarily from China, to ensure quality and cost efficiency.Communicate and negotiate with Chinese suppliers on pricing, payment terms, lead time, and product specifications.Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.Follow up with suppliers on order status to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays.Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to fulfill procurement requirements.Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages or overstock.Support import processes by coordinating with logistics partners and ensuring proper documentation.Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuously improve procurement processes.RequirementsProven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.Fluency in Chinese.Good command of English (spoken and written).Strong negotiation and communication skills.Experience dealing with international suppliers is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
