This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to meet the club’s needs, including equipment, merchandise, facilities maintenance, and other operational requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for football.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Strategy:Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the club’s operational and financial goals.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.Supplier Management:Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for goods and services, including football equipment, training gear, merchandise, and facility maintenance.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and ensure compliance with club standards.Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.Ensure all contracts are legally compliant and aligned with the club’s policies.Inventory and Budget Management:Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of necessary items.Manage procurement budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all procurement activities comply with local regulations and club policies.Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, finance, marketing) to understand their procurement needs.Provide procurement support for club events, matches, and other activities.Sustainability and Innovation:Identify opportunities to incorporate sustainable and innovative procurement practices.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related industry.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Fluency in English.Strong organizational and time-management skills.BenefitsWhy Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony.
