Procurement Officer (Technology)

Our client is a leading technology company based in Dubai specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions and services to businesses across the region. As part of their continued growth they are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Procurement Officer to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Source and procure IT hardware software and accessories based on business needs.Contact and coordinate with authorized vendors distributors and brand partners for quotations pricing and stock availability.Compare quotations negotiate terms and finalize purchase orders to ensure cost-effective procurement.Manage procurement documentation maintain a supplier database and track purchase orders efficiently.Follow up on orders deliveries and invoices to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support long-term business goals.Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT Finance Operations) to confirm requirements and ensure smooth order execution.Monitor inventory levels and support restocking processes according to project demands.Stay informed about IT market trends product launches and pricing developments.Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement within an IT company (UAE experience preferred).Strong knowledge of IT products brands and suppliers.Excellent communication negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/procurement software.Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.To view other vacancies please check our website - Key Skills Editorial,Access,Contract Attorney,Front Desk Reception,Games,Airlines Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 15000 - 15000
