Full Time Nabina Aluminum And Glass Factory Supply Chain 07 February 2026Job SummaryThe Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials related to aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and related façade components. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and procure aluminum profiles, glass panels, hardware, sealants, accessories, and façade-related materialsIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractorsPrepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements and budgetsCoordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure material specifications and timelines are metMonitor material delivery schedules and follow up to avoid project delaysMaintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and price listsConduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliersEnsure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual termsHandle supplier performance evaluations and resolve procurement-related issuesSupport inventory control and stock management to minimize shortages or excessQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in aluminum, glass, façade, or construction industriesStrong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass types, hardware, and façade materialsExperience in local and international sourcing is an advantageProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsVendor negotiation and contract managementCost analysis and budgetingKnowledge of aluminum & glass specifications and standardsTime management and multitaskingAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet project deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
