You will ensure efficient supply processes for our worldwide fleet, from purchase request to final delivery, while coordinating closely with operations, logistics, and procurement teams.## **Main Responsibilities**### **1. Planning & Needs Management*** Receive and review purchase requests from vessel crews* Analyse and consolidate operational needs* Build supply plans aligned with operational timelines* Monitor stock levels and anticipate shortages### **2. Order Management & Logistics Coordination*** Place and track supplier orders* Coordinate deliveries and manage lead times* Oversee international logistics flows* Resolve supply chain or delivery issues* Manage supplier disputes where necessary### **3. Cross‐Functional Coordination*** Work closely with operations, logistics, and procurement teams* Monitor KPIs (lead times, costs, availability)* Ensure compliance with procurement processes and supply traceability## Profil## **Skills*** Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple requests* Attention to detail and responsiveness* Fluent English (minimum B2); French is an advantage* Knowledge of international logistics flows and inventory management* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus### **Education & Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics or related field* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a procurement function* Experience in the maritime sector is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
