(ETECHS) - Jubail Industrial City (Saudi Arabia)Business Sector: Safety & Fire Systems – Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining & Industrial ProjectsWe are a leading fire & security systems integrator contractor in Saudi Arabia looking to recruit the services of a Procurement Officer to support our operations across various Industrial Megaprojects.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and delivery.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.Ensure timely availability of materials and services as per project requirements.Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse teams for procurement planning.Maintain proper documentation and records of all procurement activities.Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.Technical RolePrepare and issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and perform technical/commercial evaluations.Handle local and international procurement activities.Track orders and ensure on-time delivery.Resolve supply, quality, or delivery issues with vendors.Maintain supplier database and develop alternative sources.Work closely with finance for invoice verification and payment follow-up.Understand project specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement (preferably in industrial or construction projects).Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Good understanding of procurement processes and contract terms.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a MUST.Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Strong communication skills in English (is a MUST); Arabic is highly preferred.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Company DescriptionETECHS - Industrial Safety & Security Sector (ISSS) has been in the business since 1985, providing complete Safety & Security Solutions and Fire Protection to the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Heavy Industry projects in Saudi Arabia that meet Industrial standards and HCIS Directives.ISSS is certified by ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015 and is a verified supplier in the Achilles Chemicals & Allied Industries Community.Additional InformationType: Full-timeExperience: Procurement & Supply ChainIndustries: Engineering, Construction, Projects and ProgramsReporting: Procurement ManagerCompensation: Monthly Salary + Medical Insurance + Mobile Allowance + TransportationPlease only qualified candidates, send your brief information and contact details by replying to this post to:#J-18808-Ljbffr
