Procurement Officer – Construction Industry

<div><p>We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring a<b>Procurement Officer</b>to join our dynamic team.</p><h3>Job Function</h3><ul><li>Draft, verify, and negotiate purchase orders in line with standards and company policies.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best value.</li><li>Maintain and update procurement records, supplier lists, and material logs.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Stay updated with market prices, attend trade shows, and identify reliable suppliers.</li><li>Support estimation, accounts, and project teams with procurement-related inputs.</li><li>Prepare periodic procurement reports and ensure compliance with ERP systems.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within the construction industry.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers in the market.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
