Procurement Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team in Dubai, working with a key client on various major projects.You will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.ResponsibilitiesManaging end to end process flow of procurement activities on various infrastructure, landscaping and mixed use projectsCarrying out tender evaluationsDeveloping procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effectiveSourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendorsNegotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous termsReviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.QualificationsDegree in Civil, MEP Engineering or Quantity SurveyingPrevious experience in a Procurement Manager role in the Middle EastPrevious experience working on large scale, infrastructure projects with PPP (Public Private Partnership) exposureMust be client facing and able to deal with multiple stakeholdersAt Currie & Brown, we know that when it comes to a good idea, it doesn\'t matter where it comes from.
