Procurement Manager

Job Description:About the RoleCityDrinks is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, purchasing strategy, and demand forecasting to support business operations and growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop procurement and sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality supply.Perform demand planning and sales/inventory forecasting to support purchasing decisions.Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations.Maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.Monitor market trends, price movements, and product availability.Oversee purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock level coordination.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations.Conduct supplier performance reviews and recommend improvements.Prepare procurement reports and cost‑saving initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.Proven experience in forecasting, demand planning, or inventory prediction.Experience in beverage, retail, or distribution industry is preferred.Strong negotiation, analytical, and market research skills.Knowledge of UAE supplier market and import processes is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
