Job Description

Alomar Holding is a leading group overseeing multiple companies across real estate development, contracting, and related sectors. The group operates through a centralized shared services model to ensure efficiency, governance, and value creation across all subsidiaries.TasksLead and manage group-level procurement operations across all subsidiariesDevelop and implement centralized procurement strategies, policies, and proceduresEstablish and enforce procurement governance, approval matrix, and compliance controlsPerform cost estimation, benchmarking, and pricing analysis to support projects and investmentsPrepare, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements at group levelManage supplier sourcing, prequalification, evaluation, and performance managementBuild and maintain a preferred supplier list and strategic partnershipsLead tendering processes (RFP/RFQ), bid evaluation, and award recommendationsEnsure timely procurement and delivery aligned with project schedulesMonitor and control procurement budgets, identify savings opportunities, and drive cost optimization initiativesCollaborate with project, finance, legal, and technical teams across companiesUtilize and enhance ERP systems to fully integrate procurement with finance, projects, and reportingDevelop and track procurement KPIs and reporting dashboards at group levelEnsure full compliance with governance, policies, and audit requirementsRequirementsProven experience in procurement within real estate development and/or contracting environmentsStrong background in pricing, cost control, budgeting, and commercial managementSolid experience in contracts, negotiations, and supplier managementExperience working at a group or holding level or managing procurement across multiple entities is highly preferredHands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, or similar) with strong process understandingStrong knowledge of construction materials, sourcing strategies, and supply chain dynamicsExperience in managing tendering processes (RFP/RFQ), bid evaluation, and vendor selectionAbility to establish and enforce procurement policies, governance, and approval frameworksExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, analytical, and results-driven with strong commercial mindsetBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar)#J-18808-Ljbffr
