The role requires strong supplier management, site coordination, and operational discipline to support ongoing projects and business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Supplier ManagementSource, evaluate, and manage reliable local and international suppliers for projects, maintenance, and trading activitiesNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules in line with cost control objectivesPrepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders until material receipt and closureMaintain accurate supplier records and support supplier performance reviews based on cost, quality, and delivery2. Logistics, Fleet & DeliveriesCoordinate daily logistics for materials, tools, and equipment to multiple project sites and maintenance teamsLiaise with transporters, freight forwarders, couriers, and clearing agentsCoordinate closely with internal drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveriesPlan vehicle usage to avoid delays, duplication, or underutilizationManage and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, GRNs, and customs-related documentation3. Inventory & Store ControlMonitor and control stock levels across stores, workshops, and project sitesEnsure proper material documentation, labeling, storage, and handling practicesConduct regular stock checks and audits, identifying shortages or variancesCoordinate with Sales Engineers and technical teams to align material availability with project schedules4. Internal Coordination & CommunicationAct as the main coordination point for procurement and logistics activitiesWork closely with Sales Engineers, Site Teams, Workshop staff, and the Sales HODEnsure clear and professional communication via email, phone, and WhatsAppProvide regular updates on material status, delays, and operational risks5. Team Guidance & Operational DisciplineGuide procurement and logistics staff on daily priorities and standard proceduresMonitor work output, follow-ups, and response timelinesSupport onboarding, replacements, or operational adjustments within the logistics functionEnsure adherence to company policies, discipline, and operational standards6.
