Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to scale up supplier base and vendor operations. The role involves working on supplier side business development across different industrial product lines along with setting-up and managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.Job ResponsibilitiesHandling RFQ’s from clients and research potential vendorsArrange price enquiries and get competitive price quotes from suppliersPrepare price comparison sheetsNegotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for discount, better payment terms to get the best value for each purchase/sub-contractPrepare and release purchase orders paying attention to details and accuracy of quantity, rate, payment and delivery terms and conditionsPrepare and submit detailed advance payment list for all the ordersMaintain and increase supplier databaseAssist in transport of local materialHands on experience in handling shipping terms like CIF, EX-EORKS, DDP, DDU, FOB, CPT and FREE CARRIERPlanning Shipments and Liaising with shipping lines/operatorsManages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are metKeeping daily track of all shipments in transit to the destination.#J-18808-Ljbffr
