<div><p>Mandate open for a Procurement Specialist at a Telecom company!!</p><p><b>Procurement Executive – ELV / Telecom / Construction</b></p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p>Experience - 2-5 Years (UAE Procurement)</p><p>Budget upto 6000 AED</p><p>We are looking for a Procurement Executive with hands‑on experience in<b>ELV systems, telecom infrastructure, or construction projects</b>, specializing in materials such as structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and MEP‑related components.</p><p>This role will focus on<b>procurement operations, inventory planning, vendor coordination, and project‑driven sourcing</b>to ensure timely material availability and cost efficiency.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage<b>end‑to‑end procurement</b>for ELV, telecom, and construction‑related materials (e.g., structured cabling, CCTV, access control, MEP components).</li><li>Assist in<b>inventory planning and stock management</b>to ensure material availability across projects.</li><li>Monitor and update inventory data in ERP systems (NetSuite or similar).</li><li>Prepare, evaluate, and process<b>RFQs, RFPs, and Purchase Orders (POs)</b>.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for<b>pricing, lead times, negotiations, and re‑order planning</b>.</li><li>Track procurement schedules and ensure<b>timely delivery aligned with project timelines</b>.</li><li>Work closely with<b>Sales, Engineering, Technical, Logistics, and Finance teams</b>for seamless execution.</li><li>Manage<b>logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery follow‑ups</b>.</li><li>Track<b>invoice status and payments</b>, ensuring proper documentation and closure.</li><li>Maintain complete procurement documentation including<b>submittals, delivery notes, warranties, and compliance records</b>.</li><li>Support<b>OEM/vendor coordination</b>for customization requirements (branding, packaging, artwork, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit standards, and project specifications.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
