This role is crucial in managing procurement processes for our construction and mixed‑use development projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the construction industry and a proven track record in procurement strategies.Professional certifications such as MRICS or CIOB are required for our shortlist.Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for construction and mixed‑use projectsNegotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractorsAnalyze costs, prepare budgets, and identify cost‑saving opportunitiesOversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to deliveryCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesMaintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standardsEvaluate and manage supplier performanceImplement and optimize procurement systems and processesStay updated on market trends and innovations in construction procurementMentor and guide junior procurement team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, specifically in construction and mixed‑use projectsProven expertise in contract negotiation, supply chain management, and cost analysisStrong knowledge of construction industry practices and mixed‑use development projectsFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations and standardsProficiency in project management software and ERP systemsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environmentProfessional certifications such as MRICS or CIOB are required for our shortlistFluency in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
