Procurement Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Officer / Engineer to join our Procurement Department as part of our continued operational growth and development.The role is essential in supporting procurement activities across materials, services, renovation works, and maintenance requirements, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost control throughout all procurement processes.Job ResponsibilitiesManage end‑user procurement requirements by floating enquiries, sourcing quotations, and identifying suitable vendors for materials, services, and maintenance works.Prepare quotation comparisons, negotiate where required, and process contracts and purchase orders in line with company procurement policies.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery while tracking order status and resolving delays or discrepancies.Maintain procurement documentation including invoices, delivery notes, contracts, warranty certificates, and AMC records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.Work closely with end users to facilitate accurate and timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) creation upon delivery and service completion.Monitor supplier performance, maintain vendor records, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure service standards are met.Ensure all procurement and vendor interactions comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 4 years proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations within real estate, property management, manufacturing, or subcontracting companies.Strong understanding of MEP materials and services, with the ability to interpret technical requirements, prepare comparisons, and support cost‑effective vendor negotiations.If you have relevant experience and are interested in exploring this opportunity:Please complete and submit the form (Application Form)Submit your latest CV through Easy Apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
