Procurement Engineer (CivilConstruction)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading construction and fit-out company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking a Procurement Engineer with a civil engineering background to manage end-to-end procurement for construction projectsensuring the right materials cost efficiency and timely delivery to site.Key Responsibilities:- Review project BOQs drawings and specs to determine material requirements.- Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for civil materials (steel cement MEP finishes).- Prepare RFQs compare bids and issue purchase orders.- Coordinate with site teams to align deliveries with project schedules.- Inspect materials on-site for quality and compliance.- Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.- Maintain supplier relationships and performance records.Requirements- Bachelors in Civil Engineering.- 5 years as a Procurement Engineer/Officer in UAE building contracting.- Strong knowledge of civil materials construction standards and local regulations.- Able to read technical drawings and BOQs.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Valid UAE driving license preferred.Benefits- Attractive Salary & BenefitsRequired Skills:- Bachelors in Civil Engineering. - 5 years as a Procurement Engineer/Officer in UAE building contracting. - Strong knowledge of civil materials construction standards and local regulations. - Able to read technical drawings and BOQs. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Valid UAE driving license preferred.
