Procurement Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:1. Inspection CoordinationReceive and process inspection requests from clients.Coordinate with TISA offices to deploy qualified inspectors in line with project scope and timelinesEnsure inspectors are briefed on SOW, specifications, checklists, and reporting templatesTrack inspector assignments and monitor daily activity progress2. Inspector Support & LogisticsArrange inspector mobilization: documentation, travel, visa, and compliance checksEnsure inspector certifications and client approvals are up to dateServe as the primary point of contact for deployed inspectors, resolving logistical or procedural issues as they arise3. Client InterfaceMaintain effective communication with client focal points for scheduling, updates, and feedbackShare timely updates and inspection reportsAddress client queries and elevate issues requiring management intervention4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain complete records of inspection assignments, reports, and supporting documentsFollow up on report submissions and timesheets from inspectorsSupport invoicing and reporting processes by coordinating with the finance and operations teams5. Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all activities are compliant with TISA quality standards and client proceduresParticipate in internal audits, inspections, and performance reviewsMaintain confidentiality and adherence to HSE and project-specific policiesSkillsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field5-7 years of relevant experience in coordination, preferably in source inspection or oil & gas servicesKnowledge of inspection standards (ASME, BS, API, ISO etc.) is an advantageStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsFluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantageExperience working with major oil & gas clients is highly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
