Job Description
Assist with the procurement for required materials, services, supplies and equipment’s for Enova operations within the assigned country, prepare all the relevant contract documentation and coordinate with suppliers in order to ensure delivery of optimal quality and cost-effective materials and services in line with the organization’s needs and complying with approved policies and standards.Key AccountabilitiesAssist with the tender cycle and documentation ensuring compliance with approved standards and policiesPrepare and organize request for proposals and quotations from suppliers.In order to obtain and evaluate competing bids from suppliers/vendors and source optimal terms and conditions for supplies and servicesResponsible to shortlist preferred suppliers according to the organization’s requirements in terms of quality, price, specifications and delivery and payment terms, and provide recommendations to the line manager on a suitable supplier, in order to ensure selection of the most appropriate supplier in compliance with Enova’s procurement policies and proceduresAnnual maintenance contracts. Obtaining the requirements from the site like scope of work, and service level agreement, coordinating site visits, obtaining proposals within the timeline, and rise POsObtaining the requirements from the site like scope of work, bill of quantity and service level agreement, coordinating site visits, obtaining proposals within the timeline and prepare the commercial and technical comparison.Preparing of monthly report for saving and other achievementsAnalyse and monitor the market practices including price benchmarking, identification and monitoring of key spending areas and prioritization of purchasing activities and make recommendations to the line manage in order to ensure cost optimizationCoordinate with key vendors and suppliers in order to enable building effective partnership and to assist in negotiation processLiaise with internal departments as required in order to identify their procurement needs, specifications, quantities, etc. and follow-up with them on a regular basis in order to ensure timely procurement of materialsCoordinate with Accounts Payable section to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplierCoordinate and follow-up with the Legal and Compliance department on a regular basis regarding review of contracts from a legal perspective and incorporate the necessary changes as required, in order to ensure compliance with required regulationsFollow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Tools & Methods, HSEQAbide by the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, (HSEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable to the compliance of Enova’s HSEQ policy, operating procedures, as well as being compliant to local legislation. The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary.Customer RelationsDevelop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.Related AssignmentsPerform other related duties or assignments as directed.Qualifications, Experiences, SkillsGraduate with Bachelors from any reputable university/ institution. Certification in Procurement is a plus.Qualification in Engineering is a plus subject to the requirement at the time of hiring.02+ years of experience within procurement and contracts. Facility Management Experience is preferred.Team working skills, planning and organizing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skillsProven experience as a Procurement or in a similar role, preferably in the facility or energy management industry.Demonstrated experience in international procurement, with knowledge of markets and suppliers in middle east countriesHigh capacity to contribute to successful work.Innovative and Conceptual SkillsSound knowledge of the procurement processesExceptional communication skillsLogical reasoning and analytical skillsSound understanding of risk assessments.Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, contract software, ERP (D-365) and e-Sourcing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
