Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to support the procurement team in managing sourcing documentation supplier coordination and order tracking for interior fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate will assist in handling procurement activities, maintaining supplier records and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project requirements. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in fit‑out or construction procurement who are eager to grow their career in procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in reviewing project drawings, BOQs and material requirementsSupport in preparing and sending RFQs to suppliers and subcontractorsCollect and organize supplier quotations for review and comparisonAssist in preparing comparative statements and procurement reportsCoordinate with suppliers for quotation delivery timelines and documentationPrepare purchase orders (LPOs) and assist in subcontract documentationTrack material deliveries and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveryMaintain and update supplier database and procurement recordsCoordinate with project and site teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedulesMonitor order status and update procurement tracking sheetsEnsure all procurement documentation is properly filed and organizedAssist in resolving delivery or supplier-related issuesRequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field13 years of procurement or procurement support experience in interior fit‑out or construction industry in the UAEExperience working with fit‑out contractors or construction companies is an advantageBasic knowledge of interior fit‑out materials such as joinery, gypsum, flooring, glass finishes and MEP‑related itemsFamiliarity with procurement processes, RFQs, LPOs and supplier coordinationGood communication and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applicationsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWillingness to learn and grow in procurement and supply chain functionsTo view other vacancies we have, please check our website () and follow us on our social media accounts - LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram.
