Process Analysis & OptimizationAnalyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunitiesAssist in mapping workflows, documenting dependencies, and proposing optimizations to enhance efficiencyCollaborate with stakeholders to gather process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives2. Process Automation & ImplementationSupport the implementation of workflow tools, including workflow engines, APIs, and automation platformsAssist in configuring, testing, and maintaining automated processes within systemsValidate workflow behavior, logic conditions, and system interactionsMonitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with business stakeholders to support automation initiativesCollaborate with business teams, product managers, and engineers to ensure automation aligns with company goalsAssist in presenting new automated workflows and process changes to end-users4.
