About the job Process Optimisation Lead - RakRole SummaryThe Process Optimisation Lead will own the methodology and quality of process mapping and redesign across the engagement. The role will lead workshops, ensure robust AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, and translate insights into clear standards, SOPs, and operational playbooks aligned to a government environment.This is a hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a structured on-site presence during the initial phase and reduced on-site requirements thereafter. The consulting firms Middle Eastern HQ is on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn methodology and quality standards for L1–L5 process mapping and redesignFacilitate process discovery and redesign workshops with business stakeholdersQA detailed L5–L6 process maps and ensure consistency across workstreamsPerform VA, ENVA, and NVA analysis to identify optimisation opportunitiesDefine TO-BE standards, SOP frameworks, and operational playbooksWork closely with the Requirements Lead to ensure build-ready alignmentWork Model and LocationHybrid model; 2-3 days a week onsiteRequired Experience and SkillsAround 5 years experience in process excellence, Lean, or consulting rolesStrong facilitation skills and stakeholder engagement capabilityDeep hands-on experience in process mapping, analysis, and redesignAbility to work in structured transformation environmentsPreferredExperience in government or regulated environmentsSalesforce-enabled process redesign exposure is beneficialArabic language skills are a plus but not requiredFamiliarity with multiple process mapping tools (final tooling to be aligned with client)#J-18808-Ljbffr
