Process Operations Manager, Derivatives

We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for middle office and operations within the derivatives business unit.Support the calibration of trading parameters and define product specifications.Implement and oversee structured workflows, processes, and frameworks to align with business goals across regional and global teams.Identify process bottlenecks and generate optimization ideas and solutions for daily operational tasks.Drive innovation by leveraging internal tools (AI, automation, and technical solutions) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.Respond to, investigate, and resolve operational issues in a timely and independent manner.RequirementsBachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance (experience in crypto‑native derivatives or trading is preferred).Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues.Proven project/Process management experience, with the ability to bridge technical and business domains.Good understanding of derivatives product logic and risk data, particularly in calibrating trading parameters and defining product specifications.Ability to multitask and work under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks based on business needs.Self‑motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively within a team.Experience working in a fast‑paced, unstructured, and cross‑cultural environment with high expectations.Demonstrates a proactive, “can‑do” attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and strong attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
