Process Excellence Analyst - SOPs, Lean Six Sigma, CX

We are looking for a Process Excellence Analyst to analyze, design, document, and continuously improve business processes for our client in Dubai, a large semi-government entity. This role requires strong experience in process improvement, SOP development, and operational excellence to support efficient, compliant, and scalable operations across the organization.This is a permanent role in the organization and reports to the Process Excellence Lead in the Business Excellence & Transformation department.Key Responsibilities:Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activitiesDevelop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process maps using standard BPM toolsApply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve efficiency and standardizationEstablish process KPIs and metrics to measure improvements and ensure sustainabilityCollaborate with business leaders and process owners to drive adoption of process improvementsDevelop and maintain clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and job aidsEnsure SOPs meet regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirementsSupport SOP rollout through training, walkthroughs, and change enablement activitiesMaintain enterprise process repositories, governance frameworks, and BPM adoptionPartner with compliance, risk, and audit teams to ensure processes are auditable and aligned with standardsPresent process improvement insights and recommendations to senior managementBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s (MBA or MSc in Operational Excellence/Digital Transformation) preferred3–7 years’ experience in process excellence, BPM, or operational improvement rolesProven experience developing and governing SOPs in complex or regulated environmentsTrack record of leading process optimization and digital enablement projectsExperience in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, consumer goods, or consulting is desirablePreferred Certifications:Agile/ScrumDigital transformation/automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Celonis)Technical & Leadership Skills:Strong process improvement methodology knowledge (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)Ability to combine digital tools with process thinking to deliver resultsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationAnalytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindsetSkilled in process mining, BI dashboards, workflow automation, or RPA platformsAbility to influence and guide executive leadership and regulatorsStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsAvailability: Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within 30 days.We are looking for a candidate who can work in the UAE.
