Process Commissioning Engineer for PVC Plant

ISS International SpA is looking for a Process Commissioning Engineer for a PVC Plant in Abu Dhabi UAEActivity will be based at EPC Main Contractor in Abu Dhabi office supporting pre-commissioning mechanical completion (MC) commissioning test run and start-up preparation activities during the engineering and readiness phases.Main responsibilities:Develop and review CMS EP System Commissioning Procedures OTPs/FTPs Start-up Procedures Start Up Sequence Systems/SubSystems definition Vendors Mobilization Plan Project Schedule Integration with CMS activitiesRequirements:At least 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas Downstream Industries (Refinery Petrochemical Fertilizer etc.)At least 5 years in commissioning engineering for petrochemical projectsExperience as a Process Commissioning Engineer in at least one PVC plant project is mandatoryEnglish fluentSome further details:Location: Abu Dhabi City UAEEstimated Start Date: February 2026Duration: 16 months with possible extensionWorking Schedule: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week Key Skills Energy Management,Account Management,Domestic,Front Desk Reception,Concrete Pump Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
